Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers across the United States and selected countries in Europe.

How long does shipping take?

Orders to the United States typically arrive within 10 days. Delivery times to Europe may vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number by email.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?
